Northrop Grumman Employees: Mandates Destroy Freedom and Civil Rights of Citizens

“In fact, I feel there are mandates in general upon free citizens of this country which is unconstitutional. Thus, if it starts here, when does it really end?” said Michael Drodes.

“I know and I thought it was my body, my choice. Let’s go and do something about this,” said Oliva Ravadge.

Northrop Grumman Employees: Vaccine Deadline

In fact, this does come a week after the company said all workers needing to be fully vaccinating by December 8th. This would be in line with the federal vaccine mandate.

“Therefore, we should not be forcing to put something in our body that we don’t want to. Then, we are going to stand behind that,” said Ravadge.

It is not sitting well with some people. Though if workers don’t get vaccinating, they could, in fact, lose their jobs.

Pro-Choice for Vaccine

“Moreover, we are not anti-vax. In fact, we are not anti-Northup Grumman. Therefore, we are just pro-choice,” said Garth Bonbargen.

To terminate the mandate, the protestors say they just want their voices to really be heard.

“In fact, we do hope that this mandate does get lifting. This does turn into our choice. It should have been from the beginning,” said Ravadge. “Therefore, we should not actually be forcing. In fact, it should really be our choice from the very beginning. In turn, our jobs should not be on the line actually because of it.”

“The company did remain committed to ongoing operations to ensure they do deliver on their commitments to its customers,” a spokesman for Northrop Grumman said.

On Monday, October 25th, there is another protest is scheduling near a local Northrop Grumman location.
